Shipping and Order Policy
Order Processing
When you place an order with us, please keep in mind that it will take between 1 to 5 days for us to process it. This processing time allows us to start crafting your unique piece of jewellery, made especially for you. At Lorne, we pride ourselves on creating jewelry that is eco-friendly and sustainable. By creating made-to-order jewellery, we eliminate waste, prevent inactive stock from sitting, and guarantee that each piece is crafted with attention and precision. You can be assured that when you receive your Lorne jewellery piece, it will be a one-of-a-kind piece, made just for you.
Domestic Shipping
We understand the importance of reliable and affordable shipping to our customers, which is why we've partnered with Fastway Couriers to bring you just that. For shipping within South Africa, we have a standard fee of R82, or free shipping on orders over R1200. Pease note that orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday between 09:00 - 13:00, and on Fridays from 09:00 - 12:00. Any orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Should you require overnight shipping, please contact us directly at for@lorne.co.za by 10:00am to assess the possibility. Be sure to check our homepage for any shipping promotions and enter applicable discount codes at checkout for even more savings.
International Shipping
If you're outside of South Africa but still want to enjoy our unique handmade jewellery, we offer international shipping to several countries, including the USA, the United Kingdom, Namibia, Botswana, Australia, and Europe. If you live in a country that's not on our list, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to find a solution. Our international shipping rate is R450 and is fully trackable so that you can rest assured that your jewellery will be delivered safely to your door within 2 - 3 weeks. We are only responsible for shipping the product and do not take responsibility for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery.
Wholesale Shipping
Please note that shipping costs for all wholesale orders are not included in the price and will be billed separately.
