Refund Policy

At LORNE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or swapped out, and we want to make the process as simple and efficient as possible. If you decide you want to return or exchange an item, it must be done within the first week of purchase. Please note that for sanitation reasons, we can only accept items that are unworn or unused. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. We also require proof of purchase or a receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded, including those for orders that qualified for free shipping, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at for@lorne.co.za. We will provide instructions on where and how to send the item. Please note that we cannot accept returns that are sent back to us without first obtaining approval from our customer service team. If the item you received is damaged or defective, please inspect it as soon as possible and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Custom products cannot be returned, and we do not accept returns on gift cards or sale items. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on new, solid gold items unless a manufacturing fault is detected within seven days of purchase. For exchanges, the quickest option is to return the item you no longer want and make a separate purchase for the desired new item. If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically and refunded to the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and post refunds.
